Quality Control Assurance

We act as our clients’ on-site representative and work directly with our customers to ensure that the quality and integrity of their products are maintained and their lead times are met. Our strong project management experience combined with our office in Kunshan, Jiangsu, China offers an intimate knowledge of China, and first-hand experience with many overseas industries’ production capabilities and quality practices. Perhaps more importantly, as a North American company we offer a cultural point of view that allows for a level of pre-emptive and proactive quality assurance that is difficult to find overseas.

Quality control services offered:

• First product review: sample or prototype developed per the customer’s technical specifications.

• During production inspection: The production is inspected when at least 25% of the order has been completed so as to ensure that specifications with respect to construction, packaging, packing are met.

• Final inspection: Final inspection is performed to an agreed Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) established between the customer and the supplier.

• Social Responsibility Audit: With respect to a supplier’s social responsibility standards, various factors are audited including, a factory’s labor pool, staff facilities and cleanliness.
