Priva Inc. a leading manufacture and distributor of branded and private label waterproof and absorbent textile products, has recently been restructured by its major share holder MIP Inc. This position has led to Fiberlinks Textiles Inc. acquiring the assets of the company as well as the out right operating rights.

Fiberlinks Textiles Inc. has a rich history of over 50 years of combined experience in the textiles industry. Brothers Frank and Will Dres, founders of the company, started as importers of fabric and raw materials that were sold to manufacturers, institutional establishments and the hospitality industry throughout North America.

Globalization was eminent and in full swing so the company’s focus shifted to importing finished products. Passionate about the textile industry and recognizing the growing demand for these products at all levels, Fiberlinks opened its first office in Shanghai, China as a focal point in the Orient, this quickly followed by venturing into a partnership for a manufacturing plant. Vertical integration, the complete process, from customer order reception to product delivery has now placed Fiberlinks in a strong market position that will translate into a superior customer experience. This is the ultimate corporate objective.

Fiberlinks continues to source and import products from various countries around the world; Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and many others. Capitalizing on the enormous economies that are offered is a very necessary part of our business model.
